For those who like to go out walking, personal safety is of the utmost concern. Experts say that there are a number of ways to reduce one’s chances of being attacked. Chiefly, walking with one’s head up and striding with a purpose will help reduce the risk.
Those looking for an extra safety boost will want to buy pepper spray. When used correctly, the device can make it difficult for an attacker to see and breathe, allowing for a victim to escape to safety.
