
The incident took place around 10 a.m. while the victim was running on the street. The suspect came up from behind her and grabbed her, before fleeing in the opposite direction. Afterward she ran to the nearest house and called 911, and according to the victim she may change her running habits due to the encounter.
"I'm definitely going to learn from this experience," she told the news source.

Joggers may also want to buy pepper spray to give them a safety boost while outside. Experts suggest keeping it in an easy-to-reach location so that it can be grabbed quickly and discharged if the need arises.
