Cobb have been charged in connection with the ransom scheme that involved the kidnapping of a 6-year-old girl, Winnetka-Glencoe Patch reports.The incident in question occurred on March 14 when Meeks broke into the house of the mother and her daughter and demanded a large amount of cash. He was wearing a mask and threatened the family with a gun. He held the girl hostage until her mother turned over the money, and he also made off with an undisclosed amount of jewelry and electronics.
